Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm currently partnered with a well-respected Long-Term Care facility in Elk Horn, IA that is currently in need of a well-seasoned LPN.

Requirements:

• Active Iowa LPN License or Compact
• 2+ Years’ LPN Experience in LTC/SNF (Recent within the last 6months - 1yr) - Required
• MUST be COVID Vaccinated. (Medical/Religious Exemptions Accepted)

Available Schedules:

• 5:45am - 6:15pm
• Guaranteed 36 Hours Weekly!
• Contract Assignment with possibility of multiple extensions!

This position pays between $38.00/hr - $45.00/hr. depending on experience and location + Benefits!

*Travel Pay Package: $45.00/hr **Local Pay Package: $38.00/hr

Taxable: $612.00 (36 hrs) **Total Local Comp Plan: $1,368.00 (36 hrs)

Non-Taxable: $1,008.00 (36 hrs)

• Total Travel Comp Plan: $1,800.00 (36 hrs)
• Travel Pay Package if traveling outside of 80 miles.

**Local Pay Package if residence is within 50 miles.

***Alternate Pay Package available if traveling 50 – 80 miles.
