SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Lot manager to join our team. The Automotive Lot Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive lot, including inventory management, lot organization, and vehicle maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as determined by management.
- Supervise the daily operations of the automotive lot
- Schedule and supervise lot porter team ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed on time and to standards
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, organized, and displayed properly on the lot
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all vehicles are accurately accounted for
- Manage vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service department as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement processes to improve lot organization and efficiency
License/Certification:
- Driver's license (Required)
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive lot management
- Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs and other inventory management software
