Logistics Dispatch Analytical Assistant- TWIC CARD REQUIRED
Job description
Successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to be extremely organized, detail oriented, strong communicator, solve problems and be a self-starter.
- Essential Duties:
- Receive and record information from ALL units
- Address problems and make request by communicating with the necessary parties
- Multitask and prioritize calls according to their urgency
- Use of necessary equipment, including radio, phone, and computer, to dispatch personnel or yard dogs to appropriate location
- Follow through to watch progress and assure timely assistance by monitoring the route and status of units
- Demonstrate basic data entry skills needed to use the computer sys to maintain logs and record of calls
Qualifications:
- Extremely well organized with excellent administration skills such as typing, data entry, coping, and filing (Required)
- Demonstrate time, priority and stress management skills in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines (Required)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary $23.32
