HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to work out of their Abingdon, MD office in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Command and Control CBRN Response Enterprise (C2CRE-A) mission.


HII-MT provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

What You Will Do:

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors.
  • Assist with Fielding and Reset operations.
  • Assist with Basic Warehouse Support:
  • Conducting equipment layouts and Inventories
  • Track Authorized Stock Levels (ASL) levels.
  • Create WO's for durables and consumables of ASL shortages and push package equipment.
  • Disposal and obsolesce management.
  • Packaging.
  • Shipping.
  • Receiving.
  • Shelf life management.
  • Documenting equipment movements within the warehouse.
  • Assist Maintenance with Preventative Maintenance and functional testing (during surge periods).
  • Track Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) within the Logistic Information System (LIS) known as Maximo.
  • Assist with Maximo Work Order Management and fulfillment of warehouse and supported Unit work orders.
  • Assist with mitigating planning and actions to resolve logistics management and operational challenges with the goal of optimizing and improving current processes and systems.
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to gain access to and drive aboard Federal Government installations.
  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
  • Active DoD Secret level clearance.

Preferred Requirements

  • IBM Maximo Experience and Military background a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to work in warehouse and field locations / environments.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
