We are currently seeking a Dispatcher who will serve as the first point of contact and communication for incoming calls/texts/email correspondence. You will be responsible for receiving requests, transmitting messages, and tracking vehicles during their routes. The information you share must be clear and easily understood to ensure drivers know where they are going and what to expect when they arrive. Written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills are a NON-NEGOTIABLE.

*We are currently hiring two people for this position.

Day shift Monday - Friday 07:30-16:30

Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, exact hours TBD after training

Dispatch Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch load board
- Maintain open and clear communication with drivers
- Address problems and make requests by communicating with the necessary parties or providing solutions
- Receive calls about deliveries and dispatch orders for products
- Monitor delivery progress and assure timely assistance

Dispatch Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher or similar position required
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Able to work under pressure

- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal assistance once familiar with our operation.
