Greater Nevada Mortgage is looking for an dedicated team player with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater!
About The Position:
The Field Mortgage Consultant (Field Mortgage Loan Officer) is responsible for originating mortgage loans for eligible borrowers in the State of Nevada and develop business through effective outsides sales.

This position requires S.A.F.E Registration at the time of employment.

The Nationwide Mortgage Licencing Systems (NMLS) website (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides information and registration required for employment in this position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater.”
  • Obtain and maintain a mortgage agent license through the State of Nevada Mortgage Lending Division and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System within 90 days of hiring date.
  • Work independently to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time to meet deadlines, analyze requests, understand issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain daily oversight of the Mortgage Consultants pipeline to ensure appropriate deadlines and expectations are being met.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively notify clients and business partners of key milestones in the loan process.
  • Work effectively in a team oriented, customer focused culture.
  • The position promotes the mission, products, services and image of Greater Nevada on a continuing basis to all personnel, members, volunteers, vendors and the community at-large by demonstrating the employee's elements for Greater Nevada's C.A.R.E. culture that are C*ompetence, Attitude, Relationship Building, and E*ffectiveness through appropriate words and actions

Physical Demands
