About the Role:
- Provide support to Loan Officers with primary responsibilities being customer service, loan administration, portfolio maintenance, and operations support.
- Review exception reports and assist in the collection of past due credit information (borrower & guarantor financials, work in progresses, etc.)
- Work directly with the credit department to ensure all information is obtained, complete and accurate.
- Act as a liaison between the customers, loan officers, and loan administration staff through the loan process.
- Perform a variety of customer’s service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Coordinate processing of approved loans; ensures loans are processed according to the approval and they conform to financial institution lending policies; obtains sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; coordinates with the processing staff to obtain necessary documentation for loan processing; solves problems relative to processing and servicing loans.
Role Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 5 years professional experience in a comparable industry role or prior loan servicing experience
- Strong written, verbal and customer service skills
- Strong PC skills, including a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Possess the ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization and detail orientation skills
