Ambassador Personnel is currently looking to fill multiple loader positions in Reform, AL!

The Loader is responsible for housekeeping, troubleshooting, and achieving daily production and quality requirements. They are also responsible for the safety and must follow all plant safety regulations.

Loaders are responsible for moving pallets around the warehouse and using the front-end loader to move wood chippings around the warehouse.

• Experience operating multi-functional equipment i.e., Bobcat/Front Loader
• Ability to operate the front loader in a way that does not hinder production in the warehouse.
• Use the loader to rotate stock in the warehouse to prepare for loading the shipment.
• Perform inventory on all stock in warehouses to prepare for shipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on the front loader when needed to ensure loading is completed promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed to keep production running.
• Willing and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible in job roles including, loading, housekeeping, and machine operation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable and superior results with little supervision.
• Requirements:
• 1-year experience operating front loader in a production warehouse environment
• Experience in shipping or inventory is a plus.
