Full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week

Location - MUST be local to Birmingham or be able to reliably commute to site in the city centre

Pay: £10.97 per hour, overtime available

Opening hours: 8.00am until 8:00pm Monday to Sunday! Please ensure you are fully flexible between these times. We need to be there when our customers need us, and so full flexibility is essential within these hours.

4 shift patterns: 1. 8-16:30; 2 Sat 1 Sun per month 2. 9:30-18:00; 2 Sat 1 Sun per month 3. 9:30-20:00 working every other weekend, off 3 days a week 4. 11:30-20:00; 1 Sat 2 Sundays a month

You will not get to choose your shift, 1 of these 4 will be allocated to your team after training. You will always work at the same time, the days you're off will be changing week to week.

No prior call centre experience? No problem, we have an excellent training and induction programme designed so that you’ll hit the ground running! Once out of training we have a helpful and supportive leadership team that is always happy to help and support.

Who are we looking for?

Having a positive attitude and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life is essential in insuring that customers, receive great communication (both written and verbal). The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers, to listen and resolve underlying issues with drive and enthusiasm to see things through to completion insuring that customer’s issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. A good level of computer literacy, combined with the ability to write clear and accurate notes keeping customer records up to date and specific. Must be quick learner who is adaptable to changes processes and procedures.
