Live in caregiver full-time or part-time for Brian & Josh: Two bright and happy (and working!) young adults with autism embarking on their journey to independent adulthood. You can make a difference in their lives! Couples welcome.

Compensation for full-time position:

• Total package: up to $65,000 depending on experience
• Free rent plus stipend for daily living
• Health insurance
• Generous PTO: 2 weeks of paid vacation/year; 9 holidays/year; every other weekend off
• Housekeeping service every 2 weeks
• Accessible support system: parents with decades of collective experience in running behavioral programs, training program managers, & managing organizations

Compensation for part-time position depends on hours worked

The House:

• Walkable to the quaint Duvall downtown
• Easy access to the Snoqualmie Valley River Trail for hiking, biking
• Separate large & private retreats for caregivers
• More than 4000 sq.ft. of comfortable living

Job Responsibilities

• Taking care of the household budget
• Helping with activities of daily living -- eg, grooming, medications, meal preparation, exercise, transportation, etc.
• Doing interesting & stimulating community activities
• Coordinating the use of support services
• Maintaining CPR & Home Care Aide certification

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
