We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate for our Business Litigation practice group located in our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate for our Business Litigation practice group located in our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- 3-5 years’ experience displaying excellent attention to detail, reviewing documents, preparing memoranda, trial preparation and attendance.
- Must share the firm’s commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable.
- Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required. Litigation experience required. Member of the Florida Bar required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and
- processes, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to organize files and workflow.
- Must be available for overtime and travel, as needed.
