Job description

Line cook prepares quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedule for daily guests, tournament groups and/or special contracted catered events.

+Follow standards regarding meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and grains

+Knowledge of common food allergens and their substitutes

+Knowledge of cooking methods

+Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store and/or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures

+Operates and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed

+Keeps coolers and storerooms clean and neat. Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards

+Ability to lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time

+Assist other kitchen staff to support the restaurant dining room when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
