ABOUT US:

Sogno Di Vino is an award-winning upper-end, but casually intimate Italian Restaurant located in historic downtown Poulsbo directly under a 100-year-old Magnolia tree. Our team takes great pride in providing the best service, food, and overall experience to each guest that walks through our doors. The restaurant and our staff have won awards for having North Kitsap’s best Italian food, best wine menu, best bartender, and we are ranked number one on TripAdvisor. Our team is key to that success— we are like a family and we take great pride in the fact that everyone on the staff gets along beautifully, and there is none of that back of house versus front of house nonsense many of us that have been in the industry a while have experienced elsewhere.

ABOUT OUR NEEDS:

We are looking for an agreeable Lead Line Cook who can help us maintain the reputation we have all worked so hard to achieve. Applicants must be experienced, passionate, and able to work well with others to assist our existing family of hardworking and talented chefs in maintaining the standards our guests have come to expect from us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assisting and working directly with our Sous Chef on the line

· Helping with inventory management

· Prep assistance

· Aiding in managing food cost

· Labor control

· Safely managing all food safety protocols

· Using your personal culinary expertise and creativity to assist our team in creating new and exciting dishes for both seasonal menu changes and regular weekend specials.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
