The Line Cook will cook a variety of seafood dishes. As well as having strong attention to detail when it comes to dish decorations and placements.
Santa Monica Seafood Company is looking to hire Part-time Line Cook to work in our café in Costa Mesa!
Candidates for the Line Cook position must have:
- Prior experience working as a Line Cook preferred; however recent culinary school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with seafood products preferred
- A positive, cheerful, and energetic work attitude
Successful candidates for the Line Cook position must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, as well willing to be flexible with their schedules as work shifts may include days, nights, and weekends.
