Experienced Line Cooks, Pantry Chef

Plum Hollow Country Club, a private country club in Southfield is seeking experienced line cooks and pantry cooks.

• Cook candidate must have grill and Sautee experience, will be creative with ideas, will be able to adhere to club standards of operations, is reliable and professional, and has excellent safety and sanitation skills.
• Pantry Chef will be creative with ideas, will be able to adhere to club standards of operations, is reliable and professional, and has excellent safety and sanitation skills.

Duties to include but are not limited to safe and accurate food preparation, cooking food to order, interacting professionally with fellow team members and inventory stocking. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule consisting of days, evenings, and various days of the week including weekends and holidays.
