Pay:

New installers start out with a piecemeal rate pay scale depending on the footage and type of lighting being installed. You will be paid an hourly rate of $15 while in training for the first 3-5 days. Once training is completed and you are ready to "go live" you will earn your proportionate share of the Job's Pay, generally equating to $20-$50/hour. You are paid weekly on Fridays.

Hours:

30 – 45 hrs/week; 8am – 5 pm M-F - Many jobs can be completed in less than a full day's work, yet your pay is the same no matter the hours spent on the job-site.
