Hiring Lifeguards/Pool Operators for Outdoor Swimming Pools

This is a seasonal position. The worksites include, but are not limited to:

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent swimming skills (required)
• Be 15 years old on or before the start date/training date (required)
• Lifeguard/CPR certification (desirable)
• Pool Operator (desirable)
• Ambition to master your customer service skills (desirable)

Multiple Worksites are Available in:

• Anne Arundel County
• Baltimore County
• Baltimore City
• Howard County
• Montgomery County
• Prince George's County

Work Schedule:

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available
• Available shifts vary in length from 3-12+ hours
• Each worksite has its predetermined schedule that cannot be modified

In-house training available

• American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR (includes Lifeguarding/CPR/AED/First Aid)
• Pool Operator
• Continuous support and on-site training

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

• Ensuring the safety of all pool patrons
• Responding quickly and professionally to emergencies
• Enforcing facility rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness of your worksite

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Lifeguard CPR Certificate (Preferred)
