We take care of marketing, intakes, billing, credentialing, and collecting fees. Our practice has excellent relationships with local physicians, schools, and other mental health professionals. We specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, parenting challenges, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

We are looking for a Licensed Social Worker who has experience with and strong interest in working with older teens and adults using CBT and other evidence-based treatments. Currently, we are doing a mix of in-person and telehealth and expect to maintain this hybrid model indefinitely.

Compensation: Licensed social workers in our practice earn $55,000-$75,000+ a year, depending on number of clients seen (minimum of 20 but our therapists typically choose to see 25-30 per week). This is a W2 employee- not a 1099 independent contractor- position, with highly competitive compensation. Clinicians are paid a generous flat rate per session. This means you are paid for your time even if claims or client payments are delayed, denied, or lower than expected. We also provide supervision toward your LCSW as an additional benefit.

Specific Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LSW.
• Commitment to working toward LCSW.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatments.

• Be able to commit to working exclusively for Annville Psychological Services
