Are you looking for an opportunity to work with the geriatric population and have a flexible schedule?

Looking to hire a licensed clinical psychologist to work in skilled nursing facilities. Our patients have a wide range of mental illnesses (i.e., depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, adjustment) and co-occurring medical issues such as diabetes, stroke, and cancer.

Our mission is to care for those who are often forgotten and are invisible to most of society which too often means the mentally ill and the disabled people in our communities. We strive to help every client live a happy and fulfilling life, full of meaning and purpose, by partnering with health facilities to provide mental health care for residents.

As a member of our team, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Performing evaluations, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
  • Writing clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of the session.
  • Attending monthly all-staff meeting.
  • Commit to working with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Operate within ethical and professional standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed psychologist in California (Board of Psychology).
  • Doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Computer competency.

*Unfortunately, we cannot hire MFTs or LCSWs at this time.
