Elm Manor Nursing Home is actively seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua, NY.

7-3
3-11
11-7
DUTIES
- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Daily documentation and shift report
- Administering medications
- Treatments
- Responsible for supervision on off shifts
- Resident and family communication
- Ability to follow and give direction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
