Location:
During this assignment you will be asked to work within one or more Long-Term Care and or Skilled Nursing Facility throughout the State of Oregon. The exact location of your assigned Facility will be provided separately
Job Details:
- The length of this assignment is up to 8 weeks with potential for extending in 8 week increments.
- 4x12 shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Must be flexible to work in any shift - Day or NOC
- MUST HAVE FULL COMMITMENT
Job Requirements:
- Valid Oregon LPN License - Must have
- CPR/BLS Certification - Must have
- Must be able to comply to all requirements ASAP
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE - Schedule, shifts
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening - Must have
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray - Must have
- COVID vaccine - Must have
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone - Must have
- Whatever-it-takes attitude
