EagleWings Medical Group is looking for a STNA that will support facilities the Mission, Vision and Values of one of our client facilities located in Canal Fulton

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. *Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• This is not a travel Contract and does not include travel package, looking for Local LPN to fill this position

Contract Details:

• Pay Rate: $44 weekday $46 weekend
• Shift time: 2pm to 11:30pm, 11pm -7:30am
• Contract length: 6 weeks

Credential

• Background Check (Must be OH State BCI run under code 173.38)
• Additional Background ran at facility on first day- $22 cash.
• 2 Step TB Test
• Health Statement (free of communicable diseases and no work restrictions)
• Drug Screen (10 Panel)
• License Verification
• Fingerprints if they have not lived in OH for 2 years
• CPR/BLS for all caregivers
• High School Diploma/GED (cannot be college)
• Covid Vaccination/Exemption
• Badge Photo

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
• To protect the health and safety of our patients, residents, employees, family members, and the communities we serve, COVID 19 vaccination is required

Pay: $44.00 - $46.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift

• Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Holidays
• On call
• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Canal Fulton, OH 44614: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
