Position Summary

The Massage Therapists have the ultimate goal of providing healing therapy to each client’s individual needs and wants. Massage Therapists are expected to utilize their school-trained skills and added training to provide the highest caliber practice and to continue to build on their skills throughout their employment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their experience
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
• Provides body care and massage services through a variety of modalities
• Serves as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens
• Educates guests in recommended retail products to continue homecare
• Increases guest retention by building relationships and pre-booking
• Drives service and retail awareness through designed promotions and events
• Participates in promoting self to build business with club interaction and referral program to educate members about hair benefits and to build clientele

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
• Ability to stand and sit on massage stool for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces, such as a small treatment room
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple body movements to complete massage
• Demonstrated observation skills and therapeutic communication to ensure guest safety during massage.

​ Preferred Requirements

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Massage Therapy
• Skills in advanced body care such as Myofascial Release, Stone Therapy and Pregnancy

Pay: $15.00 - $72.00 per hour
