Job Location: East Valley / Phoenix (Arizona)
Schedule: Part Time & Full Time Positions Open
Our group is currently searching for LCSW with experience in an in office outpatient setting for general counseling services for depression, anxiety, chronic pain/substance abuse history.

Job Duties
- Providing thorough behavioral health care to patients with a wide variety of health conditions
- Working with a team to develop a treatment plan with a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide strong listening and communication skills to individuals and their family members
- Documentation in EHR system
Licensure / Experience
- Arizona Board of Behavioral Health License (LMSW, LAC/LPC,LCSW)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- 1 Year Minimum Experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
