Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

• Location: Randallstown, Maryland
• Salary: up to $90,000 annually PLUS $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $50,000 Student LOAN Repayment Plan - awesome benefit!
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility for 1-2 evenings per week
• Work virtually 3-days per week from home, and no weekends!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evidence-based developmentally appropriate screenings for youth (ages 5+) and adults
• Apply knowledge of evidence-based practice, including empirical bases of assessment, intervention, and other clinical applications
• Provide patient-centered care through individual, couples, family, and group therapy
• Provide crisis emergency assessments and facilitate psychiatric hospitalization as needed
• Assesses discharge readiness throughout the course of treatment
• Create and implement integrated treatment plans, ensuring access to organizational and external services within allotted time frames.
• Evaluate treatment progress and modify planning as necessary
• Provide consultation to medical providers, staff, and other service providers to facilitate a coordinated continuum of care within the primary care and behavioral care setting
• Provides referrals for internal and external services

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• LCSW-C or LCPC in Maryland
• 1-2 years of experience serving children/adolescents and adults
