Reputable fast growing multi-state personal injury and veterans benefits law firm with over 100 team members seeking to add a full life-cycle Legal Recruiter/Coordinator to join our team. You will play an important role in the growth of the law firm, consulting with the managing partner and leadership to identify current and future talent needs.

What you bring to the role:

· Create and utilize sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and qualify top and active talent to present a strong talent pipeline for our open and critical positions.

· Assist in screening candidates and coordinating interviews

· Places, renews career ads on various social media platforms

· Redirect applicants/candidates to appropriate positions better suited

· Provides administrative support to the Human Resource Director

· Possess a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience. Prior experience in legal field, personal injury or veterans benefits field highly desired and preferred.

· Analytical thinking

· Interpersonal Communication and Collaboration Skills

· Must be a Team Player

· Associates Degree or minimum of 3 years relevant experience required
