Job description
Law firm is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to support an Attorney with day-to-day case management, client interaction, and scheduling. Many different duties mean no day is the same. Competitive compensation package includes insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and more.
Seeking someone:
- Organized, Prompt, and Detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and/or switch between tasks quickly and easily
- Professional on the phone
- Fast learner
- Good at prioritization
- Associates Degree or equivalent required
- Efficiency in using Microsoft Office Software, and Quicken/QuickBooks required
- Accounting/Book-Keeping experience preferred
Duties include but not limited to:
- Communicating with Clients and co-workers
- Scheduling Meetings and Court Dates with Clients
- Assisting in gathering financial and property records and reports
- Data Entry
- Drafting letters and correspondence
- Tracking and completing tasks with regular and irregular schedules
- Dealing with banks and other financial institutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
