A property management company, with a apartment in Toledo, Ohio is looking for a dynamic, top performing leasing consultants with high energy and superior sales and customer service experience. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced leasing office, juggle various tasks and work well within a team. The leasing consultant will use their stellar customer friendly personality to diffuse and resolve difficult situations while nurturing resident relations.

What you can expect to do in this role:

· You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents and current residents.

· Tour, qualify and sell the property's features to prospective residents.

· Manage the leasing, closing and move in processes with our new residents.

· Identify the wants and needs of prospective residents.

· Assist in communicating with maintenance on work orders for current residents.

· Manage marketing and advertising efforts.

What you can bring to the role:

· Superior sales, customer service and communication skills.

· Prior leasing and/or sales experience.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Strong computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

· Experience using a property management accounting software is preferred but not required.

· The ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized.

What is required:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license.
