Learning and Development Content Designer - 100% Remote

Hours: 9am-5pm CT (Flexible with hours that work best where candidate resdies)

Pay: $70-73K

Location: 100% remote - Corporate office is located in Schiller Park, IL

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience within Learning and Development - Content Development
  • Storyline 360 LMS
  • Adobe InDesign
Responsibilities:
  • Develop curriculum (on-site, on-line ILT, on-demand and blended) for team members of all levels, which is defined by corporate goals and objectives.
  • Build effective working relationships with SMEs to efficiently gather information and feedback.
  • Manage projects effectively so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated and resolved quickly and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules.
  • Edit course materials (participant guides, instructor guides, PPTs, handouts, job aids, videos, audio files and other learning objects) in relation to programs or course outline developed with internal customer.
  • Develop evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness.
  • Identify and address any roadblocks that might prevent the course from being completed.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing eLearning, social, and online technology environment
