This is not just a job, but an accelerated leadership track. Our goal is to find people who have a passion for the service and food industry. We want someone who has a heart for leadership and serving others. We want someone who ideally has high integrity, high work ethic, and wants to work in this industry.

We will start everyone as a Team Member with us. After working together for a month, we will both see if this is still good fit for you and us. We believe the street goes both ways; you are spending that month seeing if you can work with us. If we decide to move forward, we will then place you on a fast track into leadership. This role is for both Front of House and Back of House. If you have a passion for both, that is a plus.

• Can work both day shift and night shift

• Who want to work closely with some of the best restaurant leaders

The more experience you bring with you, the more money you can start out making. Pay will increase with every step up in leadership as well!

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
