Chick-fil-A Five Points is seeking candidates to join their Launch Leadership Development Program. The Launch Leadership Development Program is a 36-month developmental program. It is available to individuals who are interested in growing their business acumen and restaurant leaderships skills in their pursuit of future leadership opportunities with Chick-fil-A or other businesses. Launch Leadership Development Participants will have the opportunity to gain full knowledge of what it takes to lead and operate a Chick-fil-A Restaurant.


This is a very intentional program in which individuals will rotate through critical areas of the restaurant learning all aspects of the business. The first 6-months will be spent working in the restaurant learning brand standards and working alongside team members to learn restaurant roles and responsibilities. The next 18 months will be spent in progressive leadership positions to develop key competencies in all areas of the business. After being prepared to lead a Chick-fil-A restaurant, you will have the opportunity to spend six months in a human resources and training role and six months as a general manager. During each rotation, candidates will receive coaching related to vision, business metrics, critical thinking, and leadership. Completion of the Launch Leadership Development Program will help develop the key competencies needed to be competitive for the corporate Leadership Development Program, work at the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, obtain an opportunity in another organization or apply to become a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator.


This program takes place in a fast-paced environment requiring candidates to stand 8-10 hours each day and working 40+ hours each week. As part of the program, participants will get to lead others, build relationships with customers and team members, and have the ability to capitalize on their gifts.
