Lead Recruiter - Seacoast, NH - HYBRID

~$40k base + uncapped uncommissions. $70-$80k first year OTE.

Tuckerman Consulting is growing and looking for a professional Lead Recruiter that is motivated, competitive, and wants to enjoy “going to work”. We’re team oriented, relationship focused staffing & recruiting company based in the Seacoast of NH, servicing various industries and positions. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including successfully sourcing a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, assessing, and salary negotiation. Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with colleagues, hiring managers, and candidates. Recruiter requirements:

• The lead recruiter will manage the entire hiring process from beginning to end.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to establish relationships with clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations.
• Manage prospect/lead generation pipeline while growing active accounts to maintain strong business relationships for future opportunities.
• Manage the full interview process from scheduling interviews to offer management.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with all candidates, potential candidates, and hiring managers.
• Develop and leverage network of professionals for future candidate and new business opportunities.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with an outgoing and personable personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed financially.

Qualifications and perks:

• College degree is great but not a must have.
• 1 year + of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• LinkedIn and Indeed experience.
• Exposure to Sales, IT, Financial Services, Construction recruiting experience – not a must have.
• Base plus aggressive commission compensation model.
• LinkedIn recruiter professional services and Indeed subscription provided

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
