Machine Hospitality Group, the team that brought you Machine: Engineered Dining & Drink and Headquarters Beercade is back at it with their most ambitious project to date opening Spring 2023 in River North. We are looking for a master level cocktail creator to join Aneka Saxon and our beverage team to assemble one of the most intriguing and complex cocktail menus in the city. Knowledge of classic cocktails, molecular gastronomy, and culinary skills are a must.
We would love to work on a consulting fee base pay or daily rates that are agreeable.
