Sales Leads Generator / Appointment Setter.

Cool Bear HVAC Services in partnership with Home Depot is seeking motivated individuals to act as our in-store Lead Generator - Sales Support Associates to work within our Dedicated Warehouse locations.

Multiple Home Depot locations available within Palm Beach County.

A great outgoing personality is the main key to success in this position.

We offer:

· $16 Hourly plus uncapped commission, bonus potential.

· Weekly pay cycle for hourly as well as commissions.

· True potential to earn $50,000 plus yearly.

· Locations in Palm Beach County.

· Dedicated store – no other AC company is allowed in the location.

· Full benefits. Med / Dental/ Life/vision. AFLAC.

· Benefits are available 1st of the month after employment begins.

Responsibilities:

· You will engage customers from our kiosk within the store to offer our services.

· You will work in a dedicated store. (No jumping from location to location).

· Great training and mentoring to help you become and stay successful.

· Ability to work weekends.

We have needs in several locations throughout Palm Beach County.

Must have your own reliable transportation.

Ability to pass background and drug screening.
