At Verily, we aim to revolutionize the landscape of evidence generation in order to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, everyday. This involves aligning products that support clinical research and those that support virtual care management closer together, with deep patient, member, and participant engagement as we form longitudinal registries in key therapeutic areas to support evidence generation.
DESCRIPTION
As we build evidence generation products for scale, it is imperative that we form a bold strategy, understanding the latest market and regulatory moves, and leaning into the development of novel study designs. The newly created leadership position - Product Manager Lead, Research Evidence Generation - is critical to bringing this vision into reality.
Reporting to the Head of Product and Implementation, the PM Lead, Research Evidence Generation (EvGen) will play a key role in defining and developing Verily's suite of Research products, influencing all aspects of the technology build. A key element of this role is interfacing with stakeholders across Verily including Leadership, Marketing, Expertise, Strategy, Commercial and Product as well as with external customer, vendor, and partner companies.
Possible locations of the role are Boston, Dallas, Raleigh, or South San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product strategy for evidence generation.
- Be the Verily thought leader for evidence generation, understanding and communicating where it is going, how fast, on which paths, hurdles, and key players.
- Define the development plan for evidence generation.
- Work with Research and Care internal leadership and experts, and external market players to gather input to the product strategy.
- Drive the business model for evidence generation and work with Product to inform the roadmap, positioning and GTM approach.
- Work with the internal Compliance and Quality teams to ensure appropriate approach and validation.
- Determine and develop the partnerships required for success in evidence generation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of evidence generation experience covering life sciences.
- 6+ years of real world data in the context of ev gen.
- 5+ years of experience crafting new technology products around RWE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with phase II-IV pharma-sponsored clinical studies.
- Global experience.
- Pharma employment experience.
