• Leads development of monthly forecasting report outs to Technology Sr Management, predominantly in markets outside of the US
• Perform variance analyses (e.g. plan vs actual, prior and forecast, multi-year trends) and identify significant items requiring further investigation. Perform follow-up investigation and suggest problem resolution.
• Oversees financial systems needed for monthly results analysis, coordinating enhancements and assisting in resolving production problems with minimal oversight.
• Evaluate stakeholder data requirements; identify and correct gaps in current reporting.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to process, controls and technology systems related to functions being performed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting) required.
• CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail in fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
• Communicates well with out team and across the organization boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
• Comfortable leasing meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
• Solid understanding of finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
• Experience in Apptio preferred.
