We are looking for a Lead General Dentist to join our team on a full-time basis
The Lead General Dentist is a full-time position working in our single associate practice 4 days per week Monday-Friday with the options to add Friday's twice per month. As a General Dentist with Jarrell Family Dentistry, we offer clinical autonomy, plus the benefits of ownership without the administrative burdens to help you achieve an amazing work-life balance.
We offer a 5 operatory practice, with 2 full-time Hygienists. The Associate General Dentist would be be performing procedures such as all filling and crown work, anterior and pre-molar endo, bridges, partials, removable, and others. Our practice is equipped with the latest in digital technology and is a pleasant and energetic office environment.
Office Hours:
- Monday- Thursday 8 am-5:30 pm
- Friday- every other 8 am- 3 pm
We are offering a unique equty option for the right candidate for this location.
Subject to board approval of your candidacy prior to your start date, the company would grant the new General Dentist/Owner $33,333 in equity that vests over 5 years based upon continued good standing employment and maintaining baseline practice targets. At our forecasted 3-5X growth in 3 to 5 years, the equity grant would have the opportunity to be worth $100,000 to $167,000 within 5 years. This equity grant would be in addition to any future decisions you made to invest in buying additional shares in Peak Dental Services like close to 60% of our dentists & specialists.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
