The Position: The role of the Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, training new case managers, and supervising the work of other case managers.


Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range we’re offering is $64,480 - $68,000/ Yearly Salary (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields
  • or a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
  • Residential experience preferred
  • Prior Experience Working with Children
  • Prior Case Management experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards relating to the ORR program
  • Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
  • Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Lead Case Manager will coordinate the caseload of UCs and track their safe and timely release.
  • Responsible for completing appropriate documentation, oversees the case management workflow, and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Responsible for contributing to the implementation of UC individual service plans
  • Engaging in crisis intervention when required
  • Ensuring consistently high quality of client care to the UC population.
  • The ability to implement case plans through good professional judgment while maintaining a team approach is essential.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Clinician and Program Director regarding the progress of the safe release of UC.
  • Other related duties as assigned
