T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven BCBA to join our T.R.A.C. team The candidates must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board. Sign-on bonus!
BCBA Requirements:
BCBA Requirements:
- Must have obtained a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
- LARA License.
- Have obtained or will obtain the Certification obtained within the first 30 days to supervise other QBHPs and BCaBAs working to be able to sit for the BCBA exam
- Must be able to teach and implement professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
- All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
- All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review before submitting them.
- Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
- Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
- Must know about conducting writing/assessments, and writing and implementing programs and targets.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK)

- BCBA Certification per the BACB.
