Total Property Management in Monee, IL is looking for Full Time Lawn Service technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

TPM is planning to onboard candidates beginning February 1 2023 to prepared for the 2023 Season.

Responsibilities

*You will be maintaining residential, commercial and agricultural properties with zero-turn, walk-behind and push mowers. You will be operating line trimmers, edger's, and backpack blowers. On the landscape side, you could be doing shrub pruning, cultivation, edging, mulching, and plant installation. Must be physically capable of lifting 60 pounds, stand for 8 hours per day, 2-4 days per week, and operate heavy machinery. *In the winter the team members will operate equipment, which may include, but is not limited to: Pickup or larger Truck with Plow and Spreader, Skid Steer, and Loader. Team members may also use hand tools such as Shovels, Snow Blowers, Back Pack Blowers, etc, and will handle de-icing chemicals.

Qualifications

*Experience working in the landscape industry is preferred *Mechanical and repair experience is a plus

Requirements

*Must be able to pass background and drug screening *Job Type: Full/Part-time *Valid driver’s license and ability to drive trucks with trailers up to 24 ft. *Pay will be based on experience. * $18 - $22 / hour for Team Members * $22 - $32 / hour for Team Supervisors * $32 - $50 / hour for Qualified Subcontractors *Have flexibility ( the weather dictates hours of operation. All team members must be flexible to work outside of typical business hours and possibly weekends and/or holidays ) * PROFICIENT EXPERIENCE in the operation of heavy machinery (Back - hoe, end-loader, skid-steer, bobcat, fork-lift, pulling hitched trailer, bat- wing tractor attachment, etc (A BIG BIG PLUS)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $50.00/hour.
