And don't worry, we'll hook you up with a fancy ride-on machine called a Z-Spray to make your job a breeze. You'll also be responsible for keeping those pesky weeds at bay with some top-notch chemicals. Just make sure you know your stuff and can identify those weeds like a pro.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills to answer any questions from our awesome customers, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Oh, and you'll need to be able to handle 8 hour days in any weather because, well, it's Nebraska. And don't worry about not having the proper gear - we'll hook you up with everything you need, as well as a fully stocked snack bar (because who doesn't love free snacks?).

Pay starts at $20/hour and is based on experience. And the best part? We're all about investing in our team. If you want to take some continuing education classes or attend some seminars, just let us know and we'll help arrange and pay for it. Plus, you'll get vacation pay, a sign-on bonus, and the opportunity for snow removal with a $10-15/hour bonus during the winter months. And if all that wasn't enough, you'll get paid weekly via direct deposit.
