Peoria Lawn is looking for Professional Crew Leaders to join our team. We are located on 4201 Pfeiffer Rd, Bartonville, IL 61607. Our ideal candidate is driven to providing clients with the highest 5-Star rated service possible. Open Interviews are every Tuesday between 9am -12pm. All other interviews will be by appointment only.

Note: We do generally slow down in the winter (Mid December - Mid March), but snow removal generally keeps us working about 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

*Maintain your assigned properties to our 5-Star Standards of Lawn Care Service. *Lawn Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Aerating, Weed Control, Seeding, Tree Service, Snow Removal, and More. *Maintain a 4.7 or higher average star rating from our clients. *Quality over Quantity, but you will still need to move to finish approx. 10 jobs per day. *General Maintenance on your equipment on a daily bases *Reporting any and all damages to equipment and/or property in the field *Reporting to the office final daily totals *Dropping of reports, payments, and or receipts to the office.

Qualifications

*The wages listed are for individuals that can go service our clients to standard once hired. We can train individuals at $14 per hour until qualified. *Must have a Valid Drivers License *Must be available 7 days a week as we alternate weekends. *Prior commercial mower experience a Plus *Professional Weed Eating Skills a Plus *Chemical Applicators License a Plus *Snow Plow Experience a Plus *Military a Plus. We will gladly work with you around drill weekends, annual training, and of course any activation(s) that may occur.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $25.00/hour.
