Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a 1st shift CNC Lathe Machinist job in Erie, PA for our client, a manufacturer of quality commercial and government products. This is a direct hire job, 1st shift, no weekends. We are seeking candidates that have hands-on CNC Lathe machining experience, excellent math and measurement skills and can read blueprints. This is a first shift position offering excellent benefits. Recent Trade School graduates in Machining Technologies are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of experience operating lathes in a manufacturing environment or a Vocational Education in Machining Technologies
• Strong Math and Measurement skills
• Must be able to read Blueprints
• Must pass pre-employment physicals and screenings.
• Able to work up to 48 hours per week.
