Our Pay-For-Performance program pays you for the actual work you do. The more work you get done, the higher your pay. Our guys average between $20-$26 an hour!
You won’t feel like an oddball for being good at your job. Our whole crew shares the same mission. The more work we can get done together, the higher our paychecks. Sounds great, right?! This includes daily bonuses and profit sharing (mind = blown).
I don’t know about you, but I enjoy actually accomplishing something. Our crew members can take a step back after every home we service and say, “Wow, that looks great!” We want you to be a part of that.
If you have experience then that’s GREAT, but we don’t shy away from newcomers. If it’s your first time in the lawn and landscaping world we are willing to train!
This is full time work with a company that’s growing - new opportunities and greater pay are always available to internal applicants. Also, we don’t drop our guys during the winter - we keep busy!

Normal Duties:
- Lawn Mowing/Trimming
- Blowing off pavements and patios
- Plantings
- Pruning
- Cleanups
- Hardscape Installs
- General Landscape Tasks
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the US
- Speak English
- Drug Free Workplace
- Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from work
- Punctual
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
- Able to pass background check
- Work 40 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
