We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who will support the Hittle Landscaping team by servicing their assigned Landscape Maintenance accounts through leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high-quality manner. The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide outstanding service to ensure clients’ needs are met satisfactorily.

Essential Functions/duties

• Manage a portfolio of Landscape Maintenance accounts

• The Account Manager’s day is divided between time in the office, appointments with clients, and meetings amongst their team and support staff

• Serves as Client’s primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

• Meet annual sales goals for new and renewal maintenance contracts, enhancements, and snow removal

• Schedule job sites walk-throughs with clients, resolve any issues discovered and follow through to ensure that the issue is resolved properly

• Review the weekly activities of your assigned Field Manager and their weekly schedule

Account Manager works closely with their field team, training, mentoring, and communicating the client’s requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

Education – High school diploma

Experience – 3+ years of prior Landscape Maintenance Account Management or equivalent

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple client locations

· Ability to network with industry and trade contacts within the marketplace

· Ability to influence and persuade, develop, and maintain professional relationships

· Strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Licenses – Valid Driver’s License required
