Morris County NJ based woman-owned landscape company seeking an experienced Crew Leader to work along side a small/medium crew in various landscape projects, candidate reports directly to the owner. Jobs include seasonal cleanups, mulch installations, river rock, plantings, topsoil Etc. Must have 5+ minimum years experience in landscaping and demonstrate best practices along with familiarity with commercial mowers and related small engine equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- oversight of a clean and safe work site
- drivers license
- ability to tow a trailer
- reliable, prompt communication, smart phone knowledge & use a plus
- attention to detail and customer oriented
- clean and neat appearance
- equipment care and accountability for tool inventory
- ability to work independently & take direction well
- knowledge of material selection and ability to lift 50+ lbs
