Primescapes is a growing complete landscaping design, installation, and maintenance company on Camano Island seeking multiple motivated individuals to meet an increased demand for our services. We have both new crew and crew leadership positions available as our company is always expanding.

Regular Crew Position:
The right candidate will enjoy working outdoors in a variety of conditions and is always ready to learn more as new projects become available. The starting compensation is $18 - $20 per hour
DOE, with bonus opportunities in the future. We regularly review and adjust compensation as a matter of practice for reliable and consistent hard work. There are also opportunities for promotion and advancement as experience is accumulated and leadership qualities are demonstrated.

Crew Lead Position
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with all team members, managers, clients, and owners. They will be accountable, positive in nature, and be able to delegate and train others with confidence. They will meet project milestones while delivering excellent customer service at all times. They will be highly motivated to procure new clients and projects to obtain bonus income in addition to the hourly wage provided. The compensation for this position is $20 - $30 per hour DOE with regular bonus income for new client/project procurement.

A current driver's license and clean record are required in order to operate company vehicles.
All equipment and project materials are provided by the company.
