RRD’s 140,000 sq. ft Genesis plant provides specialty corrugated packaging and displays. Founded in 1999 and acquired by RR Donnelley in 2011 it is located southwest of Chicago in Lemont Illinois. Genesis is a sheet-fed plant with some of the finest print capabilities in the corrugated industry. The Genesis plant specializes in on-site creative and structural design, flexo pre-print, direct print, litho label mounting and die-cutting. The plant serves customers with marketing kits, promotional packaging, retail packaging and POS/POP displays

Responsibilities:
- Machine setup
- Corrugate laminating operation following operational and safety procedures
- Troubleshooting process
- Inspecting product to specifications to meet quality standards
- Complete production forms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in corrugate laminating or similar operation (minimum 1 year)
- Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude
- Experience in reading and following operational procedures
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.50 - $26.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $1,000], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
