Position Summary:

The Laborer provides support to the plant in a wide variety of job functions, including: Saw, mold assembling and disassembling, Precast, Bagging, and general labor.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00-18.00/hour (based on experience) pay increase after 90 day probationary period.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Attributes:

· Ability to follow instructions.

· Adherence to safety guidelines

· Good attendance is a must

· Must be a good team player and have the ability to work well with others

Preferences:

· Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferred

· Experience with machine operation is a plus

· Forklift experience is a plus

· Experience with hand tools (air ratchets, wrenches, socket sets) a plus

Work Requirements:

· Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours

· Must be able to bend, stoop, and use a floor creeper

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, consistently

· Must be ok with potential exposure to heat, gas, and diesel

· PPE is required during every shift (steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi viz vests)

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
