Job Summary
  • Represent employers in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, statutory leaves, disability accommodations, wrongful termination, workplace performance and discipline, wage and hour matters, and other labor and employment issues
  • Counsel employers on compliant HR systems, employment agreements & contracts, processes, and policies
  • Draft employment agreements, contracts, employer handbooks, and policies
  • Represent clients before state and federal agencies, courts, and/or tribunals.
  • Draft discovery and other related trial documents

Job Qualifications
  • 6+ years of sophisticated Labor and Employment law practice required
  • Comprehensive understanding of Massachusetts Labor and Employment laws
  • J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School with strong academics
  • Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar (or a member in good standing in another state with the intention and ability to join the Massachusetts Bar)
  • Ability to represent clients before state and federal agencies, courts, or tribunals
  • Higher Education and Title IX experience a plus
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong team member who can handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage matters independently and proactively
